Staffers are perhaps the most crucial part of an anime convention after the anime. Scientists have wondered why since the dawn of modern thought and it was only recently that one enterprising and handsome engineering student at The University of Victoria developed the Law of Conservation of Convention Sanity which states the following:
Both the ease with which a convention operates and the survival rate of a convention chairperson are directly proportional to the gross total of sucking up said convention chair administers to those under him in rank and position. Especially the webmaster. For he can wait to build the webpage until mid-September, blame it on you, and make you look like a tool. I bet you wish you hadn't made fun of my--er, his--haircut now, huh? Huh?

Anyway, as that Brilliant, nigh godlike engineer stated; Conventions are ran by people.

Oh, so you want to be staff? No problemo. Contact Dale Cope, Head of Volunteer Ops, and he'll get you set up. A link will be appearing shortly.
A few simple rules when dealing with our staff:
1) Do not feed Kei-kon Staff after midnight.
2) Contact the person best suited to answer your query.
3) Don't email the Convention Chair. It really, REALLY bugs him. This may not matter to you, but you don't have to him rant for four months solid about how kawaiigoku37 won't stop Instant Messaging him to talk about the Live Action Sailor Moon show. We do. Have a heart.
4) If a Staffer has chosen to keep their email address private to prevent rule #5 from happening please contact the chair with your query.
5) Don't add our staff to your MSN Messanger. Ya RLY. We don't like it.
